Matt Kuchcinski- Baby Arch Welder
Matthew J. Kuchcinski is the designer-welder-fabricator of the Baby Arch Prototype scale model of the famous Gateway Arch in St. Louis, MO and will be donating his labor for creating the final structure in stainless steel to complete the Baby Arch Monument in Warren, Pennsylvania. Matt has been working closely with the Retired Boilermakers Committee since 2012 to design and fabricate the scale model prototype of the Arch.
Matt is a welder by trade and resides in North East, PA. He became involved in the project due to his interest in the history of the construction of the Gateway Arch and its connection to the steel fabrication industry in northwestern Pennsylvania.
